Youāll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Delivery windows are estimates and may extend during holidays or carrier disruptions.
International Duties & Taxes

Orders ship from the USA. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees. Customs inspections can add time to delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request an address change or cancellation until the order enters processing.

If weāre able to intercept and cancel before processing, a $20 transaction fee per order applies.

Once an order is marked Processing/Accepted, it cannot be edited or canceled.
Returns

We offer 30-day returns. Items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
