Shipping & Returns

Processing

  • Orders ship after 24–72 hours of processing (business days).

Estimated Shipping Times

  • US Standard: 7-12 business days

  • Canada: 7-12Ā business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Australia & Asia-Pacific: 7–12 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Delivery windows are estimates and may extend during holidays or carrier disruptions.

International Duties & Taxes

  • Orders ship from the USA. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees. Customs inspections can add time to delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request an address change or cancellation until the order enters processing.

  • If we’re able to intercept and cancel before processing, a $20 transaction fee per order applies.

  • Once an order is marked Processing/Accepted, it cannot be edited or canceled.

Returns

  • We offer 30-day returns. Items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Start a return by emailing tryveloure@gmail.comĀ with your order number. We’ll send the return address and instructions.

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Step-by-Step Return Process

2ļøāƒ£ Our team will respond (usually within 24 hours) with the return address and instructions.
3ļøāƒ£ Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.
4ļøāƒ£ Refund issued. If approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation and your money will be deposited back into your account.
